How To Stay Sane In An Insane World is a 47-minute keynote talk on mental health has been created to help parents with children in secondary school and staff in any teaching establishment. It is aimed to give an insight on how to look after their own mental health, not just those in their care.

Since co-producing the Emmy award winning Stephen Fry documentary on bi-polar, Jeremy has been delivering talks to schools, staff, and parents for the last nine years. During this talk he shows how he overcame his own serious mental health problems. Then, using his unique dashboard of dials, he builds a raft of practical tips in which to stay afloat. Prevention is better than cure being a mainstay message throughout the talk, showing how to stay mentally fit, through personal empowerment and encouraging those suffering from poor mental health to get well and stay well.

It is authentic, funny, poignant and passionate. Whatever age you are, Jeremy makes the whole subject of good mental health both interesting and something to be embraced.
